My must-haves in my future home

If I am buying a home, here are three things I’d pay attention to that most of my clients don’t usually consider

1. Style: The home must have character. I believe a home built with a clear architectural style feels different.

2. Layout: The primary bedroom and kitchen have to face South. I love it when rooms are filled with natural light.

3. Neighborhood: The neighborhood is everything. We’ve all heard, “Buy the worst home in the best neighborhood, not the best home in the worst one." That’s true — and realistically, most buyers end up with the latter because that's what we can afford.
